很多人睡前不敢喝水,怕晚上起來跑廁所,影響睡眠。 但是已經有高血壓、糖尿病、心臟病、血管阻塞問題的人,睡前喝一口水,約100 cc左右,可以降低血液變稠,引發腦梗塞、心肌梗塞的風險。 尤其是有泡澡習慣的人,應該在泡澡前先喝一杯水,避免泡澡太久。泡完澡也應該再補充水分。
